Hi! I’m Michelle, HR Manager here at NovaForge Digital — a fast-growing web agency partnering with clients across the US, UK, and Australia. We’re currently looking for a Front-End HTML & CSS Developer to join our fully remote development team in 2025.

If you love crafting pixel-perfect web pages, bringing UI/UX designs to life with clean, semantic HTML5 and responsive CSS3, this could be the perfect role for you.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Converting Figma/Sketch designs into fully responsive web pages

• Writing clean, maintainable HTML5 & CSS3/SASS code

• Implementing mobile-first, cross-browser compatible layouts

• Collaborating with designers, backend devs, and project managers

• Optimizing websites for performance and accessibility (WCAG)

• Supporting WordPress/Shopify integrations (basic templating knowledge is a plus)

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional front-end development experience

• Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design techniques

• Solid understanding of Flexbox, Grid, and media queries

• Familiarity with JavaScript (basic to intermediate)

• Comfortable using Git, Figma, and modern build tools (e.g., Gulp, PostCSS)

• Experience with accessibility best practices (a big plus)

🎯 Nice-to-Haves

• Basic WordPress theme development or Shopify Liquid templating

• Experience with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap

• Animation skills using CSS or GSAP

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals
