We’re growing fast, and we’re on the hunt for a remote Instagram Post & Story Designer to join our team in 2025.

If you have an eye for modern aesthetics, follow trends like a hawk, and can turn any piece of content into scroll-stopping visuals, this role is made for you.

🧠 What You’ll Be Working On

• Designing daily Instagram posts and stories (carousels, reels covers, promo banners)

• Creating engaging layouts for brand campaigns, quotes, infographics & product spotlights

• Developing template systems for reuse (Canva, Adobe Express, Figma)

• Collaborating with our content strategists and copywriters

• Staying ahead of visual trends, memes, and platform shifts

• Helping us test & iterate what performs best with our audience

✅ You Should Have:

• 1–3 years of experience designing for Instagram or other social platforms

• A portfolio of Instagram graphics or brand stories (please include links!)

• Excellent skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma

• A strong sense of typography, color, spacing, and layout

• A solid understanding of content pacing for stories and social carousels

• A positive, creative, and solution-oriented attitude

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with brand guidelines

💡 Bonus Skills (Nice To Have)

• Experience in creating Reels thumbnails or motion graphics

• Familiarity with brand identity systems

• Light video editing skills using CapCut or Premiere Rush

• Experience designing for TikTok or Pinterest
