As part of our 2025 growth plan, we’re actively looking for Python Backend Developers who excel in Django and Flask frameworks. This is a fully remote role, perfect for developers passionate about writing efficient, clean backend services in a collaborative, agile environment.

🔍 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Designing, building, and maintaining backend APIs using Django and Flask

• Creating secure, reusable, and testable Python code

• Collaborating closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA teams

• Managing database schemas and writing optimized queries for PostgreSQL or MySQL

• Debugging and resolving production issues efficiently

• Participating in code reviews and sprint planning

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Python backend development

• Strong command of Django and/or Flask frameworks

• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture

• Proficiency in relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Good communication skills and team collaboration mindset

💡 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with asynchronous frameworks such as FastAPI or Celery

• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Background in writing automated tests (pytest, unittest)

• Understanding of message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka

• Exposure to container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
