📌 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Creating detailed user manuals, API documentation, onboarding guides, and technical FAQs

• Collaborating with engineering, product, and QA teams to gather technical insights

• Writing and maintaining release notes, whitepapers, and internal process documents

• Structuring content in a way that’s useful for both technical and non-technical users

• Ensuring consistency in tone, formatting, terminology, and structure

• Using Markdown, Git, or internal CMS systems to publish and update documentation

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Technical Writer or similar role

• Strong background in SaaS, DevOps, APIs, or developer tools

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in native-level English

• Proficiency with tools like Confluence, Notion, GitHub, or MadCap Flare

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Clear portfolio with live documentation or writing samples (PDF or URLs)

🌟 Bonus Points For

• Experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, or Postman

• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS or scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)

• Prior work on developer portals, SDK docs, or open-source documentation

• A background in engineering, computer science, or IT is a big plus
