🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing daily operations of multiple Facebook pages (client and internal)

• Creating and scheduling engaging posts that align with brand voice and goals

• Responding to messages and comments promptly in a friendly and professional tone

• Running and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns (boosted posts & dark posts)

• Monitoring analytics and adjusting strategies for reach, engagement, and growth

• Staying updated on Facebook algorithm changes and new content trends

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience managing Facebook business pages

• Strong command of Facebook Business Suite / Meta Business Manager

• Ability to write engaging copy, select strong visuals, and schedule content in advance

• Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)

• Strong understanding of organic growth strategies & content planning

• Reliable, communicative, and able to work with minimal supervision
