🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For

As a YouTube Channel Manager, you’ll be overseeing the day-to-day operations and long-term growth of YouTube channels, ensuring they meet content goals, audience expectations, and platform trends.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage content scheduling, metadata (titles, descriptions, tags), and playlists

• Collaborate with scriptwriters, editors, and designers to maintain publishing flow

• Perform competitive research and keyword analysis for SEO-friendly content

• Analyze YouTube Analytics and adjust strategies for retention, CTR, and growth

• Plan and execute video series, shorts strategies, and community engagement

• Monitor comments and maintain a safe, responsive community space

• Stay up to date on YouTube trends, policies, monetization updates, and algorithm shifts

✅ What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing YouTube channels (personal or client-based)

• Strong grasp of YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, or vidIQ tools

• Knowledge of click-through-rate optimization, audience retention strategies, and watch time growth

• Experience managing both long-form and Shorts content

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple channels or creators at once

• Experience working with creators in tech, education, wellness, or entertainment

• Skills in video editing or scripting (even basic)

• Familiarity with YouTube monetization models

• A track record of growing a channel past 50k or 100k subscribers
